“We met Liz in 2015 during the design and construction of our modern home overlooking the bay and ocean. For the interior design, we had a design theme of a warm, beach contemporary. Liz took the time to get to know us personally, listened, and was able to help us achieve the look and feel that we wanted. Liz is a warm, friendly person who listens to what you say, thinks about your design, and makes suggestions that fit the feel. Thanks to Liz, the interior materials and color scheme really came together. We get compliments often from visitors and people who see pictures of the home.”

"Lizzie is an extremely knowledgeable design professional. She understood the look that I was going for and made recommendations to me which resulted in the perfect kitchen remodel. I trusted her judgement and was thrilled with the final product. She is top notch!"

"We initially struggled with handling our remodel ourselves. Adding Lizzie’s experience and creative eye brought it all together for us. She is extremely thorough and we couldn’t have been any happier with the outcome. Lizzie is amazing and we will definitely use her for future projects."

“One of the reasons I hired a designer in the first place was because I find projects overwhelmingly difficult to envision and execute. Lizzie was always on hand and accessible for questions. I had an excellent experience with Lizzie and would recommend her without reservation!

How much is this going to cost me?
I wish I could give a clear answer on this but the needs of each client varies greatly. For an initial 90 minute design consult, I charge $200. From there we will determine which of my services are best suited to your needs.
How do you work?
For design consults, I charge a flat fee and payments are due at the time my services are rendered. For large full service design projects, I typically charge a flat project fee. For smaller full service design projects, I typically charge an hourly rate billed out monthly. When furniture is purchased through my business, I charge a designer’s fee percentage on the net cost.
Do I have to purchase furniture directly through your business?
Not always. You do not have to purchase all of your furniture through my business. If you are leaning towards purchasing your own furniture, please present that upfront so I do not present items that are to the trade only which wastes valuable time on both our ends.
